My Final Work

Here! Let's come and see my final! you may leave some comment too if you want. Well, my poster (the picture that on the top) is my assignment 3. My poster is designed for public or can called as "the people who live on this planet".

My poster's title is "treat tree as our friend". In this modern century, the trees are going to become lesser and lesser. It is because the heartless humans are continuously cut the trees without any reforestation precautions. Human beings are the most greedy animals in this earth. They do mot know how to repay the tree which just always giving its oxygen for us to breath. So as I say before, we should treat the tree as our friend even as our family member. We need to protect them from the danger of deforestation. Lets us go and fight for the trees' freedom!!!

The message that I bring out for my poster is "He who plants a tree, plants a hope". This message is reminding people to plant more and more trees. It is because planting a tree just likes planting a new hope for our precious and pity earth from recovering become a healthy earth. Trees just like the doctor for the earth. Although it sounds like impossible, we need to try in anyways. May be it may dream come true!!

In my background, I choose the green colour to represent it because green colour is always reminding people of the global warming which acts as the character who always harming our pity planet. Besides that, I also the typography technique to representing my background. The purpose that I used in this way is hoping this poster can always reminding people to protect the earth by treating the earth as their friends.

In my focus point has a man who standing at there and trying very hard to support the earth. I hope it can remind people of our earth now is in danger. Then, the trees on top are hopes of us.

After reading or seing this poster, I hope you all can plant tree from now on. You can make the earth difference from now!!!

Using the same method again. Then, the poster is finally finished. This is my final.

Using the copy and paste method and arrange it in the suitable space.

Using the type tool to create difference kinds of word and group it together to let it be a part of background.

Again, using the type tool to type the sentence " He who plants a tree, plants a hope".

Using the type tool to create the words " treat the tree as our friend".

Using the live trace to trace the people out. Then, fill with the black colour and arrange it at the bottom of the earth to let people see he is trying his best to support the earth.

Group up the trees and copy and paste them to let the top of the earth full of trees.

Use the live trace to trace the tree. Afterward, using the copy and paste method to create more and more trees. Then, arrange the tree by rotating them.

Paste the earth and use the ellipse tool to create a circle. Then, use the gaussian blur effect for making the earth shadow. Besides that, this effect also make the earth look into more real.

Open the symbol file and copy the earth.

Adding another piece of rectangle which has the radial gradient and decrease the opacity into 34% to mix with the green colour background.

Using the rectangle tool to create a rectangle which is in green colour as the background.

Project Objectives:

To let people realize that tree is very important to us even thought it is just a brainless living thing. Tree give us the fresh air which human beings necessarily need it. Deforestation should not be occurred, but reforestation should take action by people.

Approach:

• Follow by the topic of my assignment, Treat Tree as Our Friend , I’ve decided to use a theme on it, and the message is He Who Plants A Tree, Plants A Hope!

• I’m going to bring a positive message to my assignment, which reforestation will bring hope. From the assignment 1, the logo, I have design a seedling then following by assignment 2, the seedling are develop into a tree.

• In my assignment 3,the tree will become a jungle. The setting of my poster is a man holding the earth which has a jungle. The earth like giving the people hope by planting tree.

• I will use pen tool, live trace ellipse tool and etc to draw all the element, because it is easy to control and edit. As example, live trace can make me trace out the pictures within few seconds. About the colour , I will fill the element with gradient and transparent effect, it will look true and nice.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Week10 - I have done my ideas for the poster and I will upload with the reference poster.

• Week 11 - According to my plan and draft, the look of my poster will look like my assignment 1, but I’ll edit the position of element and add on font and logo on it. I wish to finish it up on time.

• Week 12 - On 8th of September I’ll print out my poster and finish up my assignment 3. Then, I will submit it on time.

I hope my poster can successfully reminding the people to give hopes for the earth by planting the tree.
